All orders are beautifully wrapped in lush purple tissue paper with Sugar Mango labels, but for that extra special touch we put all jewellery into a gold/purple chiffon draw string bag with gold tassels.

Want to personalise your gift with some special words? Just email us and we'll hand write your message on your behalf, and make sure all receipts are sent only to you.

Delivery
All items will be securely packaged and sent Recorded Delivery, within 48 hours of ordering, in the unlikely event of goods being out of stock we will contact you via email. Postage and Packaging is £2.50 per order. 

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your order, for what ever reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item . Just return the item back to us, unused and in any original packaging within 14 days. Please complete the enclosed returns form supplied with your delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for returns postage other than incorrect or faulty items. We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us and advise our customers to obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

Security Guarantee
As soon as you click the 'checkout' button, you will be taken to a secure payment processor. This is the most secure method to make payment as your card details are encrypted and not even revealed to us. You do not need a paypal account in order to pay by card. Alternatively, call or email the shop to arrange payment by phone or cheque.
